If your bike is out of stock and you are anxiously waiting on shipment, know we are doing everything we can to ship your bike out as quickly as possible and we will be updating you when we have a confirmed date range. Please do not reach out every week if your estimated shipping date has not yet arrived.
We will send you another email once we begin processing your order for shipment. This means that your bike is set to ship in the next 1-3 business days. Once shipped, we will send you an 'Order Complete' email containing your tracking information.
If we get word of any additional delays that will push out your expected shipping date more than 1 week past your estimated shipping date, we will send out a mass email to notify you of this delay. Otherwise, please wait for a shipping update via email within 1 week of your estimated shipping date (which was listed on your product at the time of ordering).
If you reach out via email asking for updates, there is the possibility that our staff will not be able to provide an accurate estimated shipping date (or worse, provide an inaccurate estimate) due to the variety of product variations and production.
