Shipping during demand surges brought on by understaffing or seasonal influx can experience delays outside of normal estimates. There are times when shipping will take 4-6 days longer than it would have under ordinary circumstances.


If you have received a tracking number, but there is no movement on your tracking number, please be patient. Unfortunately, at times we have seen tracking take a week to update. This is primarily due to backups at local freight facilities. Once they are able to unload the packages and scan them at their local facility, tracking will update with a realistic ETA.

Once your package is in the freight carrier's possession, we cannot speed up the movement or delivery. Thank you for your patience!
