Shipping during demand surges brought on by understaffing or seasonal influx can be delayed much more than normal. There are times when shipping will take 4-6 days longer than it would have under ordinary circumstances. All the domestic carriers are overwhelmed and doing what they can to deliver packages in a timely manner.

If you have received a tracking number, but there is no movement on your tracking number, please be patient. Unfortunately, at times we have seen tracking take a week to update. This is primarily due to backups at the local freight facility. Once they are able to unload the packages and scan them at their local facility, tracking will update with a realistic ETA.

Unfortunately, there is nothing at all we can do to speed up the shipment once it is in the freight carrier's possession.
