How Do I Know Which Shipping Carrier I Have?
You will receive a shipping notice via email from our shipment facility. There will be a clickable link to track your delivery.
Click this link and follow their instructions for contact and organization of any delivery exceptions.
Please note that if your bike is at the hold location, it is your responsibility to pick up the package within the agreed timeframe set out by your shipping carrier, otherwise, it will be returned to us. There is a $250 return shipping and restocking fee, we want to avoid this at all costs.
