Organizing successful receipt of your bike can sometimes be tricky with holidays and work plans, we understand. We want to make sure you are given the most opportunity to easily receive your bike in these unpredictable times.

They will hold your package at a Fedex facility location of your choosing for up to 7 days for pickup at your convenience. If your package is en route and family or friends cannot receive the bike or you think you may be out of town for delivery, contacting Fedex and organizing a "hold at location" would be an option to go with.


Please note that once your bike is at the hold location, it is your responsibility to pick up the package within the agreed timeframe, otherwise it will be returned to us. There is a $250 return shipping and restocking fee, we want to avoid this at all costs.
