Rack and Fender Installation Instructions
Rack Installation
- Check Orientation: Ensure the rack is oriented correctly. The rack platform is threaded to accept the short M5 x 10 mm bolts provided.
- Attach Bolts: Thread the short M5 bolts into the rack platform, but do not tighten them yet. You may need to adjust these bolts depending on your bike's frame size.
- Mount the Rack to Your Bike: Attach the rack to the bike, leaving all bolts loose for now.
Fender Installation
- The fender set includes M5 bolts and nuts for mounting the fenders.
- Without Fenders: If you are not installing fenders, use the short M4 bolts and nuts provided to secure the rack.
- With Fenders: If you are installing fenders, replace the short M5 bolts with the longer M5 x 18mm bolts from the rear rack hardware packet. Ensure the rear rack struts are mounted outside of the drop-out.
Final Adjustments
- Once the rack is fully mounted, adjust the platform to ensure it is level.
- Tighten all bolts securely to complete the installation.
