The Portola 02 is equipped with GPS tracking that can help to locate your bike through the iOS FindMy app. This will need to be set up after assembling your bike to function and here are the steps to do so.  


FindMy Set-Up for iOS Devices

Stand next to the bike, make sure to have Bluetooth enabled on your iPhone prior to start.

  1. Turn the display on and press and hold both the (+) and (-) buttons for 2 seconds to enter the settings.
  2. Use the (-) button to navigate to the "Find My" setting and press the POWER button to enter the setting.
  3. Use the (-) button to select "On" and press the POWER button to select. You should now see the grey FindMy icon at the top of your display.
  4. Unlock your iPhone and open FindMy App.
  5. Go to "Items" located on the lower right of your screen.
  6. Click Add Item and click "other supported item" which should locate your bike.
  7. Once added, the FindMy icon will turn green and stays visible on the main display interface.

To Disable FindMy:

  1. Turn the display on and press and hold both the (+) and (-) buttons for 2 seconds to enter the settings.
  2. Use the (-) button to navigate to the "Find My" setting and press the POWER button to enter the setting.
  3. Use the (+) button to select "Off" and press the POWER button to select. The grey FindMy icon should now disappear from the top of your display


To Locate Your Bike

  1. Open the FindMy App.
  2. Tap "Route" to navigate to your bike.
  3. Tap "play sound" to activate light flash (no sound). 


To Remove the Device

  1. With the bike turned on, open the FindMy App and select your bike.
  2. Scroll down to the settings and tap "Remove".
  3. The FindMy icon should now turn grey on the display and the FindMy function can be disabled in the display through the above steps. 

Note: If the Item is not removed from both ends, it may stay registered to an old device.
