Revv 1 Multi-Class Speed System

The Revv1 is shipped directly to your door and programmed as a Class 2 electric bike out of the box. The "Multi-Class Speed System” allows you to switch between different speed classes on the display. Below are the different classes and their capabilities:


Revv 1 Class System Options:

  • Pedelec Class 2 - Out of the box
    - 20mph max speed with pedal assist and throttle

  • Class 3
    - Up to 28 mph via pedal assist and 20 mph throttle speed

  • Off-Road FOR PRIVATE STREET & PROPERTY ONLY
    - 28+ mph via pedal-assist or throttle



How To Unlock Speed Classes

  1. Start by turning on the bike and display by pressing the power button on the control pad found on the left side of the handlebars.

  2. Press and hold down the (M) button until you see ‘MPH’ and P01 on the display.

  3. Press the (M) button again. You will see ‘0000’ with the first ‘0’ flashing.

  4. Use the (+) and (-) buttons to cycle through the numbers and enter the settings passcode '1919'
    NOTE: press the power button to move to the next number in the code.

  5. Once entered, you will see the settings screen with ‘PO2’ on the bottom right of the display.

  6. Press and hold the (+) and (-) buttons simultaneously until you see another ‘0000’ on the display with the first ‘0’ flashing.

  7. Use the (+) and (-) buttons to cycle through the numbers and enter the settings passcode '1717'
    NOTE: press the power button to move to the next number in the code.

  8. Once entered, you will see the settings screen with ‘P10’ on the bottom right of the display.

  9. Press the (+) button to cycle through the 'Class 3' and ‘Off-Road’ modes indicated on the top left of the display.

  10. Press and hold the (M) button to save the current setting and return to the home screen. You should now see ‘OFF-ROAD’ on the top left of the screen.


IMPORTANT: The ‘Off-Road’ setting will be saved as the new default setting on your ebike. If you plan on riding on any public road, you will need to reset to the class 2 or 3 settings depending on your intended use.



How To Reset Speed Classes

  1. Follow previous steps 1-7 to arrive at the class settings screen with ‘P10’ on the bottom right of the display.

  2. Press the (-) button to cycle through the 'Class 3' and ‘Class 2/Pedalec’ modes indicated on the top left of the display.

  3. Press and hold the (M) button to save the current setting and return to the home screen. You should now see 'Class 3' or ‘Class 2/Pedalec’’ on the top left of the screen.
