Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Unpack & Gather Components
Gather the main components on a clean flat surface or working area.
Begin by laying out the main rack frame.
Step 2: Assembling the Rack
Position the brackets so the vertical support is at the front and the diagonal support extends towards the back.
Mount the support bracket on the outside of the platform.
Loosely assemble the bolts and do not fully tighten until fully constructed.
Step 3: Attach the Rack to the Bike Frame
Align the rack with the designated mounting points on the frame.
Use the short machine screws to attach the rack to the bike.
Screw both sides in loosely and leave some room for adjustment and alignment.
Step 4: Assemble and Attach the Front Mounting Rods
Place the thicker machine screw (5mm head) on top of the flat part of the half-circle bracket.
Insert the large half-circle bracket with the unique screw that has a large hole.
Lightly secure the nut on the other side.
Slide the rod through the large hole in the bracket; this will allow for sturdy rack attachment.
Step 5: Attach the Front Rods to the Bike
Position the rods under the seat, the rods should curve inwards towards the center of the bike frame.
Secure the assembly, remove and replace the screw on the flat side of the half-circle bracket, locking the rod into place.
Repeat the process on the opposite side.
Step 6: Final Tightening and Adjustments
Tighten the rear end of the rack first and gradually move to the front, make sure to alternate tightening to maintain balance and center.
Secure lower mounting screws and fully tighten the screws attaching the brackets to the bike frame.
Secure the platform tightly to finalize the rack assembly.
Final Steps & Review
Ensure all bolts are tightened securely.
Test the rack attachment by pulling gently side to side to confirm it is locked in place.
