Your Ride1Up Revv 1 actually has a cruise mode much like the cruise control feature in your car. Turning this setting on in your display will allow you to cruise at a chosen steady speed without twisting the throttle. Here are the steps to set up and use this mode on your bike.
Turning the setting on:
- Turn your bike on and press and hold the "M" button to enter the PO1 settings screen. Now press the "M" button to get to the screen with 0000 and enter the code "1919" to get to the PO2 setting. Please note that taping the power button will advance you to the next digit of the code.
- Use the "M" button to navigate to the PO4 screen and use the "+" button to change the setting from "OFF" to "ON". Now press and hold the "M" button to save this setting and return to the main screen.
Using the Cruise mode:
- Use your bike as normal to reach a desired steady speed.
- Press and hold the "+" button for 3 seconds until you see the cruise mode symbol displayed above "MPH" as shown below.
- You can now release the throttle and cruise at your set speed. In the example above, the bike is set to cruise at 10.1MPH.
- To disable the cruise mode simply twist the throttle or pull the brakes.
