Oftentimes issues with electric bikes can be easily resolved by resetting the display settings back to factory defaults. This will be a great first step in getting your bike back on the road if you are experiencing issues. Here are the steps to reset your display.
Core-5, Turris, 500 Series, Portola, and Cafe Cruiser Display
- Turn the bike on and ensure it is on the main screen.
- Hold the (+) and power (M) button at the same time until you see dEF- N.
- Use the (+) button to cycle to Y.
- Press and hold the power (M) button to reset the display.
700 Series, LMT'D, LMT'D V2 and Rift Display
- Turn the bike on and ensure it is on the main screen.
- Hold the (+) and power (M) button at the same time until you see dEF - N.
- Use the (+) button to cycle to Y.
- Press and hold the power (M) button to reset the display.
Revv1 Display
- Turn on your Revv1 bike and ensure the display is on the main screen. Press and hold the "M" button to access the settings screen.
- On the settings screen press the "M" button to get to the screen showing “0000”. Enter code 1919. Your display will enter Advanced settings. Use the “+” and “-” buttons to change the digits. Use the Power button to select the digits.
- Tap the "M" button to navigate to the P10 setting; this should default to "NO" on the screen.
- Press the “+” button to navigate to “YES”. Press and hold the "M" button to reset.
NOTE: Depending on the generation of your Revv1 display, the P10 settings may not be available. If the P10 mode is not present, a factory reset will not be possible on your display.
CF Racer1 Display
- Turn the bike on and ensure it is on the main screen
- Press and hold the “+” and “-” buttons on the grips to access the settings.
- Use the “-” button to navigate to “RESET”. Tap the “+” and “-” buttons to enter.
- Select “yes” and tap the “+” and “-” buttons to reset the display.
CF Racer1 Display
- Turn the bike on and ensure it is on the main screen.
- Press and hold the “M” button to access the setting menu.
- Navigate to “Reset” and use the “M” button to select.
- Select “YES” and press the “M” button to select.
Prodigy and TrailRush Display
- Turn the bike on and ensure it is on the main screen.
- Press and hold the “o” button to access the menu screen.
- Use the “-” button to navigate to “reset” and use the “o” button to select.
- Navigate to “yes” and use the “o” button to select.
