One of the best ways for the Ride1Up team to be able to best assist you with a technical ebike issue is to provide video and/or photo documentation of the problem with your description of your inquiry when reaching out through our contact us page. Not only is this documentation required for all warranty submissions but it also gives us all of the context needed to resolve your issue as quickly as possible. 

Our system does not allow for attached files over the size of 20mb but do not worry as there are a few simple ways to share large files through a shared link. Here are a few options for you.

Both Google Drive and Imgur.com are great ways to share files with us as most people already have a google account set up and imgur files can be uploaded and sent without even creating an account.
