If the bike has not been processed, we can place a HOLD on your order from shipping. This can cause extended delays for your shipping date if the product is out of stock. To avoid this, we highly advise having a friend, neighbor, or family member receive the bike on your behalf if you will be away. 

If the bike is already processed or en route to you, we are unable to make any changes on the shipping date. You can attempt to place a hold through the shipping carrier, but we are unable to provide support in this process as we are not a shipping carrier. Please be advised that if you go this route, there can be additional delays and increased risk of the package being lost. We highly recommend adding Route shipping protection (included as an option to every order at check out) to your order to ensure that your bike is covered by any shipping issues.
