If you want to place an order, but are aware that you will not be home to receive your bike, please reach out to our support agents prior to placing your order as we process orders very quickly.
If your order has not been processed, we can place a hold on your order from shipping. However, this can cause extended delays for your shipping date, especially if the product goes out of stock.
To avoid this, we highly advise having a friend, neighbor, or family member receive the bike on your behalf if you will be away.
If the bike is already processed or en route to you, we are unable to make any changes to the arrival date. You can attempt to place a hold through the shipping carrier, but we are unable to provide support in this process.
Please be advised that if you go this route, there can be additional delays and an increased risk of the package being lost.
